Today I want to share an easy recipe for Lentil Fritters, which can make a great and full of proteins meal. Perfect for everyone who's trying to get a fresh and healthy start of the year. Try them with curry dip!
Rinse lentils and cook them in 1.5 cup salty water for around 15 min.
Drain lentils. Blend all the ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth. Spice with oregano, red paprika and chili.
Line a baking pan with baking paper. Form patties. Bake for 20 min in 180°C. Serve warm or cold.
Mix all of the ingredients together and serve with fritters.
