Pear & Ginger Muffins are an easy autumn treat. Full of flavor, they stay soft and fresh for a long time.

T oday I have an easy and delicious treat for you! These muffins are one of the best I've made so far and they stay fresh and juicy for a long time! Use the seasonal pears and apples. combined with ginger to create the warming taste explostion. combined with the best chocolate frosting.

Muffins
  1. In one bowl mix all of the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, ginger.
  2. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients: oil, eggs, yogurt, honey.
  3. Mix the two mixtures just to combine the ingredients. Fold pears and apples.
  4. Bake in the muffin tin in 200ºC for 25min. Cool to the room temp. Spread the frosting.
Frosting
  1. Heat the whipping cream until it starts bubbling. Remove from the heat and add chopped chocolate.
  2. Mix until smooth. Cool down.
